A significant milestone came in 2016, when Mrs. Swati Nanaware joined the Board of Directors. Within just two years, she was honored by the Government of India as the Best Female Entrepreneur – Income Tax Payer, recognizing her outstanding contribution to business and industry.
Continuing our commitment to technological excellence, 2018 marked another defining chapter with the installation of one of the most advanced fiber laser cutting systems, enabling Phoenix Fabricators to deliver superior precision, faster production, and exceptional quality to customers across multiple industrial sectors.

In 2021, Mr. Parth Nanaware joined the organization as the Managing Director after completing his MBA in Family Business Management from SP Jain School of Global Management.
